Lucía Carrión (b. 1997) is a Spanish writer who fancies herself quite an escapist. She attempts to write in every free moment so she doesn’t have to think about the daunting future that awaits her.

Her first work was unfortunately lost to the world on a broken computer, but she remembers it involved pandas and a castle filled with red velvet curtains. It would have been a best seller. Now, she crafts stories that aim to captivate and challenge readers.

In her search to collaborate and learn from other cultures and writers, she has worked on Onija, an international TV Series project that’s now in post-production. Her short script, An Ending with a View, which explores mental health issues, was selected for the film festival of La Almunia 2022 (Zaragoza, Spain). She currently spends the rest of her time with other writers in neverending writer’s rooms.
